I’ve read that the theme for Tuesday’s “Idol” could possibly be “Elvis Week.” Not sure how that will be for people like Katie Stevens, Andrew Garcia and Michael Lynche. Maybe we’ll see Aaron Kelly shake some hips, though!
“Mama Sox” should be fine with about anything tossed her way and Siobhan is creative enough to not only dress like Elvis, but pick something different enough to make it interesting. With Adam Lambert as the “mentor,” Im sure Siobhan will bring back the scream at the end of her performance. (I have to put “mentor” in quotes for Lambert … the guy finished runner-up and has one mediocre CD … that hardly qualifies him as a mentor. They should have brought back Kelly Clarkson! Maybe they’re thinking ratings?)

Alright, talk to me…. there has to be opinion’s on Adam Lambert’s American Music Awards performance. We know what he did; we’ve read about it; see it; heard it.
Adam told a TV station that he is not a baby-sitter, he’s a performer and he basically said parents should monitor what their kids watch on TV. Does this mean Hugh Hefner can start his own TV series on the broadcast networks as long as parents watch what their kids are viewing?
Your thoughts on Adam’s performance, his non-apologetic demeanor and anything else you’d like to add.

Could this be considered Round 2 for Kris Allen and Adam Lambert?
Kris Allen’s self-titled CD arrives on Tuesday. Next week Adam Lambert’s “For Your Entertainment” CD is scheduled for release.
I think Lambert will sell more CDs and singles due to his marketability and hopefully because his music is more interesting. He’s more flamboyant and you really never know what to expect from him music. With Allen, you know you’re going to get adult contemporary music. Not sure if that will sell much music, but I’m sure his CD will be very good.
Can’t wait to hear both CDs!
Who will sell more and why?

Adam Lambert just can’t stay out of the news. He says in an Associated press story that an album of tunes he recorded before “American Idol” will be out this summer; and he also says that it won’t be anything like what he’s planning now.
Not sure if I like this move by Lambert. It may-could-possibly hurt his sales for his post-”Idol” music. But hey, it’s his choice.

BuddyTV.com has posted its “40 Sexiest Reality Stars of the 2008-2009 Season” and a few “American Idol” contestants – and one judge – have made the list. In fact, one “Idol” singer is No. 1!
Visit BuddyTV to see where they’re ranked, but I can tell you the following people are on the list: judge Kara DioGuardi; singers Matt Giraud, Megan Joy, Adam Lambert and Kris Allen. How in the world Megan Joy found herself on the list is beyond me. I’ll continue to say that little Alexis Grace (right) is much sexier than Megan Joy and they could have put her in this top 40, especially after her “Dirty Diana” performance.
I wonder what Simon would say: He’s not on the list!
